The T640-M  is a compact 640×512 uncooled infrared core module designed for lightweight, low-power, and space-constrained thermal imaging applications. Based on a VOx uncooled infrared detector, it delivers high-resolution thermal imaging, low image latency, and stable long-duration image performance.

With a compact size of ≤26 × 26 × 22.4mm, weight of only 26±3g, and multiple video interface options including MIPI, USB2.0, CVBS, and UART, the SW-IRC640-M is ideal for UAV payloads, EO/IR gimbals, handheld thermal devices, thermal sights, robotic vision systems, and compact security monitoring equipment.
